Fundraising Made Simple

We know fundraising can be challenging, so we have developed two models to help schools, organizations, and teams to raise money with ease.

Model 1: Basic Licensing Agreement:

A simple, no-work for the organization.

  • The organization provides The Squatch Store with its logo(s).
  • The Squatch Store promotes and sells Squatches featuring the organization logo(s).
  • The organization receives a 10% royalty on all qualifying sales.

Getting Started – Organizations:

  1. Complete and return the School – Team Licensing Agreement Form
  2. Set up your account at: Account Set Up – The Squatch Store
  3. We will confirm your logo and begin promoting and selling your Squatches.

Model 2: Fundraising Agreement:

A hands-on fundraising model where teams sell Squatches directly.

  • Teams within the organization sell Squatches as a fundraiser.
  • Teams purchase Squatches at wholesale (approx. $5) and sell at retail ($10).
  • Teams can sell at events, to friends and family or to business sponsors.
  • The organization receives a 10% royalty on wholesale orders placed by teams within the organization.
  • Businesses that sponsor a player by purchasing a box of 30 Squatches will receive:
    • Logo placement on thesquatchstore.com
    • One custom Squatch featuring their business logo.
    • A display box with 30 team Squatches.

Getting Started – Teams:

  1. The organization’s point of contact completes and returns the School – Team Fundraising Agreement Form
  2. Team leads set up a Team account at: Account Set Up – The Squatch Store
  3. Team lead Download:
    1. Fundraising Information Sheet
    2. Fundraising Order Sheet
  4. The Squatch Store will provide one box (30 Squatches) in advance, customized with your logo to use as samples during pre-sales.
  5. Once the fundraiser is complete, the team lead totals all the sales and places one bulk order to receive a tiered pricing discount.
